Technic Engineered Powders, a global leader in developing and manufacturing engineered metal powders and flakes for electronic applications, has announced the acquisition of select intellectual property assets from Cermet Materials, a long-standing innovator in conductive material technologies.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Technic’s portfolio in the electronics materials market, further enhancing its ability to provide high-performance, application-specific powders to customers in advanced packaging, microelectronics, and related industries.
Cermet Materials has been recognized for its pioneering work in formulating conductive pastes and specialty powders used in thick film, hybrid microcircuits, and other high-reliability electronic applications. The acquisition includes proprietary formulations and technical knowledge that will integrate with Technic’s existing R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
