TechniPure is Technic’s advanced product line for semiconductor fabrication, offering an extensive range of ultra-high-purity wet chemicals including acids, bases, solvents, and hydrogen peroxide. Based upon an exclusive proprietary purification technology, Technic commercializes a large variety of active ingredients and solutions to the ppt level. This special technology presents technical advantages and high process flexibility, permitting various purity grades at competitive prices to IC manufacturers.
TechniPure products are manufactured at Technic Ultra Pure, our advanced chemical production facility in Amiens, France. Spanning more than 25,000 square meters, this facility integrates state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 technologies, including real-time process monitoring and an ultra-trace quality control laboratory.
With advanced safety systems and extensive storage and mixing infrastructure, Technic Ultra Pure has played a key role in strengthening supply capabilities across the UK and Europe, while reflecting our commitment to quality, safety, and the reliable production of next-generation semiconductor materials.

Hydrogen Peroxide
