  • TechniClean: Cleaning solutions developed to eliminate post etch residues, organic films, and trace metallic contamination. Our spotlight product, TechniClean 585, enables fast, selective post-etch residue removal on Cu and Al interconnects.
     
  • Elevate®: high-performance semiconductor electroplating chemistry for copper, nickel, tin and precious metals. The newest additions to this product line, Elevate® Cu 3000 plates RDL, pillars and other advanced packaging structures from a single organic system, while Elevate® Cu 1500 delivers via fill and levelling at aspect ratios up to 10:1. 
     
  • RTA Systems: real-time monitoring of electroplating solutions, purpose-built for copper damascene and TSV processes.
