Technic acquires majority shareholding of Premier Lacquers Ltd in the UK
Cranston, RI, USA – Technic is pleased to announce it has completed the recent purchase of a majority stake in Premier Lacquers, an electrophoretic lacquer company based in the UK. The purchase will enable Technic to significantly expand manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of electrophoretic lacquers to the company’s extensive portfolio of metal finishing technologies.
Since its formation in 2012, Premier Lacquers has enjoyed an ever-growing customer base for electrophoretic lacquers and associated products for industrial and decorative manufacturing throughout the world.
