MP500 Continuous Parts Plater with Rack
The MP500 is capable of handling the widest variety of parts and the largest volumes. The system utilizes the vertical lifter design, however it is used in conjunction with a non-proprietary commercially available plating rack. Racks hold up to 40 parts of an infinite variety with no special commonality feature limitations. Racks are removable from the conveyor for manual loading and unloading. An automatic accumulator and rack load/unload system is available.
There are no limitations on throughput. The MP500 is available with process bypass and variable dwell time functions that enable multiple process cycles for various finishes. Depending on throughput and load/unload automation, the MP500 can be operated by three to five persons.
