MP400 Continuous Plater for Larger Parts
The MP400 features an integral proprietary plating clip suitable for up to four-at-a-time processing. By virtue of its unique vertical lifter design, the MP400 is capable of handling larger physical parts sizes of a very large variety. Parts must possess one of two common features that would enable manual on-line loading or automatic load/unload if practical.
Throughput is typically limited to about 8000 parts per hour. The MP400 is available with process bypass and variable dwell time functions that enable multiple process cycles for various finishes. Depending on throughput and load/unload automation, the MP400 can be operated by two to four persons.
