SFT MP300 - Continuous Vertical Plater
The MP300 features an integral proprietary plating clip suitable for one-at-a-time processing of smaller physical part sizes. Although a variety of sizes and shapes can be run, parts must have a common feature that would enable automatic on-line loading to plating clip.
Throughput is normally limited to about 4000 parts per hour. Process cycle is usually fixed. Advanced computer controls combined with automatic loading and unloading allow machine throughput to be sustained by a single operator.
