Technic Semiconductor Capabilities

Technic has been developing plating processes for over 50 years and is a leading supplier to the plating industry. The SEMCON series of wafer platers has been designed with that knowledge and with equipment design experience from years of building manual and automated plating lines.

The process chemistry and the SEMCON equipment are used in our California facility to sample plate wafers - providing up-front validation of the plating process, instead of a lengthy tryout period after installation of unproven equipment.

Technic can also support prototype wafer plating at the Anaheim facility in California, with state-of-the-art process monitoring, chemical analysis, and customized product development capabilities.
