| NICLAGI 84 |
NICLAGI 84 is a new alkaline degreaser for innerlayers that can be used in the Techni PROBOND Reduced Oxide cycle. NICLAGI 84 performs well in both spraying and immersion processes. NICLAGI 84 rapidly removes all oils and handling soils from the copper surfaces and will insure complete removal of dry-film residues. NICLAGI 84 prepares the copper surfaces for the next step of process, microetching, thus assures a uniform oxide coatings. NICLAGI 84 is easily rinseable, assures a high yield and can be replenished for long bath life.
