Developers and Strippers
DEVTECH 1200
- is an aqueous developer chemistry that provides consistent results and eliminates polymer residue scum formation on equipment. DEVTECH 1200 is part of a new generation of developing chemistry designed to give consistent development while eliminating water-hardness scale. DEVTECH 1200 also prevents developed polymer residues from forming a scum within the working solution, which can redeposit onto the board and cause etching or plating failures. By combining the proven properties of a developing solution with unique cleaning characteristics, DEVTECH 1200 ensures consistent processing with minimal equipment down-time. Suitable for fully aqueous dry film, photoimageable aqueous liquid resists and photoimageable aqueous solder mask materials, the DEVTECH 1200 improves developing speed and side-wall characteristics.
RESIST STRIP LC4AI/AS
- is a resist stripper for aqueous and semi-aqueous resists that can be used in either spray or immersion applications. The 2 components can be adjusted to control the resist particle size facilitating filtration. The RESIST STRIP LC4AI/AS is suitable for fine line product.
REMOVER DFA 95/LC
- A resist stripper for aqueous dry film and liquid photoimageable resists. REMOVER DFA 95/LC has been specifically designed for fine-line PCB manufacturing. REMOVER DFA 95/LC eliminates dry-film residues even in recessed areas or under overlapping occurs electrolytic deposits. REMOVER DFA 95/LC does not contain sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide and it does not attack electro deposits such as bright tin or tin/lead alloy. REMOVER DFA 95/LC does not oxidize the copper surface and leaves the copper surfaces ready for AOI inspection. REMOVER DFA 95/LC can be applied by spray, flood or immersion techniques. Do to it's low operating concentration, the REMOVER DFA 95/LC has a low cost / high yield per gallon.
