SEALBOND OMB (LC) Controller
The SEALBOND OMB (LC) Controller will automatically replenish the SEALBOND OMB (LC) solution to maintain optimum process control. The SEALBOND OMB (LC) controller actuates pumps that remove solution from the sump and replenish the SEALBOND OMB (LC) concentrate and peroxide when needed. This control method generates a steady state operation and assures that the SEALBOND OMB (LC) process will produce a uniform organo-metallic coating on the copper surfaces. The operation of the SEALBOND OMB (LC) process with the controller minimizes waste and reduces operating costs.
