SEMCON 2000 Wafer Plater

The SEMCON 2000 system features modular process cell and chassis construction. Each module can be configured to best support the process and requirements of your application. The modular design also allows for easy and effective maintenance, repairs and changeovers.

• SEMCON 2000 modules are constructed of white polypropylene and are equipped with all the necessary hardware and utilities including heaters, temperature controllers, low level safety devices, filter, pumps, anode assemblies, plating racks, and power supplies.
• Optional features and services include: FM-4910 specifications, SEMI S2-0200 Certification, pulse and pulse reverse power supplies, Technic's line of proprietary plating solutions, wafer sampling and ongoing technical support.
• Technic now offers the SEMCON 1000, developed to meet the needs of the R & D markets in university research and small company laboratories. The 1000 system provides uniform plating of most patterned wafers. It incorporates the same basic cell design features of the higher end 2000 system, at a much lower cost.
• Technic provides the unique ability to offer customers sample plating services at its research and development facility located in Anaheim, CA. State-of-the-art process monitoring, chemical analysis, and customized product development provide the ongoing technical support needed to stay ahead of the competition.
