RTA Current Applications

The RTA is curently configured for these processes:

• Copper for PWBs
• Copper for semiconductor manufacturing (damascene process, bump plating)
• Tin and tin/lead for leadframes
• Tin and tin/lead for connectors
• Tin and tin/lead for semiconductor manufacturing (bump plating)

The RTA can work for other plating processes. Additional applications are under development.
