Technic Hoist Systems offer a complete array of hoist controls that may be custom designed to meet each customer’s production needs. Controls range from a simple manual joystick operation to complex operator workstations with reservation based scheduling algorithms.
Manual Hoist Controls - For simple manual joystick control of the lift, drop and travel, Technic utilizes motor starters and drives.
Basic Automated Hoist Controls

Technic’s basic automated hoist system utilizes a 5" monochrome
touch screen with PLC that controls the hoist and all the safeties
associated with it and follows a fixed timeway recipe through a series
of travel, lift and drop commands. The time-way is a fixed sequence
of moves that carries a flight bar through the process stations. There
is peripheral control of hoist functions such as top sprays mechanical
agitation, temperature and load cart indication.
