Technic makes a wide range of traditional hoist systems for both rack and barrel applications. From small manual hoists with a load capacity of 100 lbs up to fully automated machines capable of handling in excess of 4,000 lbs. Hoist equipment has been made for electroplating, anodizing, phosphating and electropolishing applications.

The Technic Tumbleplater® is a unique product which can process most parts that are currently processed in barrel lines. It can also process some parts which are rack plated and are not suitable for barrel plating. Its patented design is more efficient than barrel plating, will reduce dragout by 75% and allows for considerable savings in consumables.

The Spouted Bed Electrode Plater (SBE) is another unique product aimed at the chip capacitor and chip resistor market. It excels in handling very small parts while providing a more even thickness distribution than can be achieved by other processes. The equipment is compact and easy to maintain.
